   I’m a fan of supplements, but I dislike reviewing them because:

   a) I don’t have a lab to verify the claims. Does this tablet REALLY have the probiotics it claims to have?
   There’s no way for me to prove that.

   b) I can’t prove the tablet’s benefits without a placebo and a double-blind trial.

   c) You’ll rarely see any measurable difference within a few days. It usually takes months or years for supplements to have an impact.

   d) Even if you notice a difference, did you control all the other variables? Maybe you got better sleep, did more exercise, changed your diet, or something else while taking the supplement.

   In short, amateur reviewers should be humble about their evaluations.

   All I can say is:

   – BIOHM seems like a reputable company worthy of our trust.
   – The pills are easy to swallow.
   – The package is easy to open.
   – Some studies show that taking these supplements is good for you (but others say they don’t do anything).

   Since I can’t find a study indicating that probiotics are harmful, I suggest taking it.

   This is a great supplement. The added vitamins with the probiotics. this is a 30 day supply. I can’t really say how this will work for you, but it is a good product. Comes in secure packaging and capsules are easy to swallow. Company seems genuine in wanting to supply a quality product.

   Dont know what it is about this Probiotic but when taking it I would have so much issues with constipation. But with in 48hrs of not everything would be back on track. Wanted to see if it was me or the probiotics so tested it on the husband some thing. Taking it he was constipated as soon as he stopped with in 48hrs he was back to self.

   Probiotics are one of the few supplements I try to take on a daily basis for life-long GI issues. The primary ingredients in the probiotic are breve (which may help relieve constipation), L-acidophilus (a common probiotic bacteria which may help with IBS), L-rhamnosus (a lactic acid bacteria which may reduce inflammatioin), and S-boulardii (a yeast which may help with GI issues).

   The product seems to be clean, and the ingredient mix appears to be solid and address a number of gut issues. The recommended daily does is 2 capsules (so a 30-day supply).

   My doctor recommended that I take more vitamins for help boost my immunity. This is a nice quality probiotic, designed to boost your immunity. I’ve tried several products by Biohm and this did not disappoint in the least. You can feel the quality when you take it on a consistent basis. For a 30-day supply, it’s a decent value when you compare to other options available. I would recommend this brand.

   With BIOHM Immunity Probiotic, you’re getting a full suite of nutrients with vitamin C, D3, zinc, and probiotics. I feel more calm, energetic, and focused when I take this supplement. I have excellent digestion, and I am confident I am getting bioavailable nutrition evidenced in part by having no stomach issues. If you’re looking for a probiotic supplement with added C, D, and zinc, I can give BIOHM a strong recommendation.
