   I’ve been on this vitamin and then went on vacation and ran out of it and boy did I realize how much it helps .
   This has happened to me two times..
   so I’ve done my research on it does help..
   So, like I said, it’s it’s not a cure, but it it does give you a little bit of help.

   Prostate 911 is a JOKE.Please do no try this product its a rip off and good luck trying to return un opened bottes of this crap.Customer service is feeble at best. SAD.

   As guys advance in age it is often the case that their prostate glands grow larger in size thereby blocking the clear and unobstructed flow of urine through the urethra. Prostate 911 is especially formulated with a blend of herbal extracts and essential vitamins and minerals all designed to contribute toward reducing the size of the prostate gland. The goal here is to reduce the number of times especially at night that guys need to get themselves out of bed and go to urinate. Among the product’s ingredients are saw palmetto, pygeum, beta-sitosterol, and pumpkin seeds. They are all natural ingredients and hopefully without the unpleasant side-effects of pharmaceutical products designed to do the same thing, namely reduce the size of an enlarged prostate gland. The serving size is two capsules once per day, enough then for 30 days. I know that Prostate 911 is pricey, but if that means that its multiple ingredients work together to provide men with the means to sleep through the night without having to pee then I would say it is definitely worth it. As others have noted, there is no indication whether the ingredients are organic or evaluated by a third-party to attest to their potency and purity. So I suppose that I will have to update this review at a later date once I evaluate how well Prostate 911 has worked for me. So far, I have had no adverse effects after consuming the easy-to-swallow capsules. To the best of my knowledge, the FDA has not evaluated or certified the efficacy of Prostate 911.

   My husband takes this and it has helped.
   It took about 2 months to start working.
   Now he isn’t getting up every hour to go to the bathroom so he sleeps better

   It is difficult to give such a product a meaningful number of stars. I am giving it three to be encouraging but neutral. Benign enlargement of the prostate is a common problem for men that can start around middle age. I have it. I have been taking saw palmetto based supplements for some years now. I think that in the beginning, they helped, but over time they have virtually no impact. I still take them, but I also have more potent prescription medications.

   Now more about this product. I have serious reservations for three reasons. First, I think it is very expensive. You can get saw palmetto based supplements for much less, and that is the traditional main ingredient. Second, there is no statement of purity or quality assurance. These assurances are a production expense, and for such an expensive product, I would expect them. In general, I feel that quality assurance certifications are a must for supplements. Finally, there are a lot of ingredients, none of which have proven benefits for prostate problems, but who knows if some synergy between them may be helpful. It is not studied, so not known. So, for that reason, it may be worth a try, if you feel the price is worth the risk of no benefit. Having a lot of ingredients may seem to make the product more beneficial, but this is illusory. What it does is makes it more expensive and you have to take two large capsules each day to get enough in your system to have any chance of benefit. Maybe even two capsules don’t provide meaningful quantities of beneficial ingredients. If you just take a pure saw palmetto product, it is easy to get enough dosage, so then it is just a matter of whether it works for you or not.
