   These shakes are a great drink to have around for a little energy when I am working out daily while watching my calories and carbs.

   Since they only contain 140 calories and 4 grams of carbs and are low in sugar while containing many essential vitamins they are a great value nutrition-wise.
   The size is just right so they are not too filling but just enough to keep me going during my workout.

   Good quality and excellent flavor too!

   Ordered 8/9/24. Expired products (Aug 2024). The ones that expire Sept-Nov 2024 tasted stale and had large lumps despite shaking. Will not purchase again.

   I’ve been using Optimum Nutrition’s whey powder for years, and although the taste is not as good as the old formulation it’s still quite palatable. I decided to give their premixed drink a try, and having read the reviews expected it to be a thin liquid, and it was. But the taste was strange and unpleasant, and not even the usual gross taste of other premixed protein drinks. I was surprised by how bad it was, seeming to bear no relation to the flavor of their powders. After part of one container I gave the rest away.

   I am an avid, incredibly average, gym-goer. As a 31 year old, I’ve reached that point in my life where I have accepted I’ll never be a professional athlete, but do wish I could still train and look like one someday…

   That being said, I’ve taken protein supplements for the better part of two decades. I’ve succumbed to focusing on 4 main aspects when it comes to protein supplements:

   1) taste
   2) convenience
   3) amount of protein
   4) cost benefit analysis

   TASTE
   This does the job. Throw the packs in the fridge, shake a bit, and enjoy. They’re as good as protein shakes will ever get with least amount of effort.

   CONVENIENCE
   Don’t need shakers, no clumping, no lugging around big protein containers. Its too easy. So easy, I accidentally hand them out to my gym partners like candy, thus requiring me to order twice as many.

   PROTEIN
   Plenty of protein. I usually pair with a protein bar as well.

   COST
   Saves on time. Think about it. Probably takes you 5 minutes everytime you make a shake. Between getting the bottle, adding powder, adding fluid, shaking vigorously, drinking, then cleaning the bottle just to repeat after each workout. Multiply that by 4 times a week and that equals like DAYS worth of just prepping protein shakes. INSANE. I open my fridge and drink this bad boy saving DAYS.

   All in all. 5 out of 5.

   Convenience: No blender? No problem. No time? Still no problem. These ready-to-drink bottles are the ultimate wingman for my chaotic mornings. Just grab, shake, and conquer the day.

   Performance: With 24g of protein, it’s like sending a team of tiny construction workers to repair and build my muscles after a workout. I’ve noticed improved recovery times and less soreness, which is a win in my book.

   Final Verdict: If you’re looking for a protein shake that’s delicious, convenient, and effective, this is your golden ticket. Just don’t be surprised if you start referring to it as your “gym buddy.”

   My daughter plays sports and LOVES these! I even started having one for breakfast. Only one gram of sugar! Great taste! Highly recommend!
