   Ascorbic acid with rose hip, 1000 mg. The caplets are not small, but they are not hard to swallow. This is at least two months’ supply, or it can be taken every other day. There is no funny taste or smell. Preço is not bad..

   These Sundance Vitamin C & Rose Hips tablets have been a fantastic alternative to my usual vitamin C source. They’re high-quality, all-natural, and easy to take—plus, they’re gentle on my sensitive stomach. I’ve had no nausea, indigestion, heartburn, or any other side effects that I often get from supplements. I can take them with or without food.

   Over the past month, I’ve actually noticed some positive changes. My joint inflammation has been noticeably lower, which could be a benefit of the rose hips. Also, when my household came down with a virus that lasted almost two weeks, I was the only one who didn’t catch it—without making any major changes to my routine. Of course, I can’t attribute that solely to these tablets, but they were the only new addition to my regimen (aside from excessive disinfecting). 😄

   As a mom of three, it’s nearly impossible to avoid whatever gets brought home from school, but this time, I managed to steer clear! With 60 tablets, this is a two-month supply & a great value. I’ve already recommended them to my family & in-laws.

   Overall, a great source of vitamin C!

   I take Vitamin C as an immune booster. This is a large caplet, which is typical for Vitamin C, but I found it easy to swallow. It does have a bit of a tart taste. This particular product is beneficial because it is time-release, which should help minimize any side effects from taking too much Vitamin C at once. I appreciate that I can receive the benefits throughout the day without needing to take it multiple times. The recommended dosage is one caplet daily, preferably taken with a meal. Mine has a long expiration date of April 2027 and is free from many common allergens, such as wheat and milk.

   With winter here and germs being spread like crazy, I decided to try some vitamin C to try and stay healthy this season. This brand has been working well, it’s a great value for the money, easy to use, and I do believe it’s been working well for me.

   This vitamin C supplement is a solid choice, especially with the timed-release formula that seems to keep energy levels steady throughout the day. The caplets are easy to take, and the added rose hips are a nice touch for extra antioxidant support. No weird aftertaste or stomach discomfort, which sometimes happens with high-dose vitamin C. I also appreciate that it’s vegetarian and free from unnecessary additives. A reliable daily boost for overall wellness.

   I like that this has a ton of vitamin C and it doesn’t all release at once. The tablets are a little big and hard to swallow. The taste is a bit sour but the rose hip flavor is the more prominent one. Overall I think I rather have less vitamin C and have it in gummy form as I don’t like having to try a few times to swallow a pill.

   I have to take Vitamin C to help with a medical condition, and the larger doses really mess with my digestive track. When I saw the “time release” in the product description I thought I would give these a try. They work much better for me than other Vitamin C supplements that I have tried in the past. I have not experienced the usual side effects that I suffer from when taking a 1000 mg dose. The time release option seems to make a huge difference and it is nice to be able and get the amount my doctor asked me to take and not have the problems that came along with it until now. I am definitely sticking with this supplement.
