   The marketing information on this product indicates that there is third party testing. However, no such label is on the product itself. Good Manufacturing Practice seal is not the same as 3rd party testing.

   I’ve taken quercetin for several years and can honestly say that I’ve noticed zero change in my health. I suffer from GERD and have a bit of inflammation from time to time and was hopeful that quercetin would help with that inflammation, but it really didn’t change anything. When looking at studies, there really isn’t sufficient evidence or large enough studies that clearly and definitively show any benefits. This can be said for many supplements or naturally occurring compounds that have a long term and not immediate or drastic impact on the body. Quercetin is supposed to be one of those long term beneficial things we can take to help improve our body’s chance at being in better shape as we age.

   The Pattern Wellness quercetin is a little different than others I have tried in that it not only has bromelain (some don’t even have bromelain), but also other ingredients, such as vitamin C and Camu-Camu (which is standardized and contributes to the overall vitamin C along with ascorbic acid). The pills are stated as being vegan, non-GMO, and produced in a GMP facility in the USA. The pills themselves are a familiar yellow, but a bit smaller than others; however the suggested daily dose is two pills instead of one and I think this give about the same if not more quercetin than some of the other brands I have tried. Being that the pills are in smaller and in nice capsules, they are easy to swallow.

   While I cannot claim to have reduced all inflammation, increased my lifespan, and overall changed my life overnight, I feel confident that the ingredients are of good quality and the long term benefits will be there (even if not immediately noticeable or having access to a parallel universe to compare to a control version of myself that didn’t take quercetin). If you are looking for a quercetin supplement to take, the price on this one is not bad and the quality seemingly good, so I would recommend giving it a try.

   The bottle came with a double security seal, one outside around the bottle cap and one inside. The bottle additionally had some cotton in side to keep the contents in place. The capsules are an easy to swallow size and there is no unpleasant taste or odor. Q certain became popular at the beginning of the recent pandemic due to its immune boosting functions. The ingredients are quality and many will appreciate the gluten-free, dairy free, soy free, vegan and plant-based non-GMO ingredients. The bottle does say it’s distributed by a wellness company in Clearwater Florida however it does not say where they are manufactured however there is a made in USA stamp on the label. I have been taking Q certain for months now and take it on a daily basis. I am sure it has led to my staying quite healthy over the last few years. I would definitely recommend this product.

   Arrived Nicely sealed, capsules are on the smaller size and of note, it takes 2 for a serving, so not the best price wise. Does seem to be good quality though.

   I’m taking it for my Postural Orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (pots)/mast cell activation, as a mast cell stabilizer, but still trying to dial in the best dose but noticed an unexpected benefit… when taken at night as well as in the morning, I’m not waking up drenched in sweat anymore or with parts of my skin esp my legs, being exceptionally hot to the touch.. thought these two things were side effects from one of my meds I take at night for my narcolepsy but it’s been super nice not to deal with these anymore.. might be a fluke but I sure hope not 🙂

   Great quality supplement
   2 capsules everyday for 30 days supply, easy to swallow and no bad taste or smells.

   May you know, anti-inflammatory foods or supplements are great for us, specially for our immune system, metabolism, brain issues, etc because they improve our inflammation in cells, helping our overall health.
   Quercetin and Bromelain works great for me, I recommend this one to anybody that want a better self.

   Thanks to it’s major antioxidant-like health-protecting properties, Quercetin is fast becoming one of those “must take” supplements in the quest to combat the ravages of free radicals.
