   I can’t go into the sun without sun protection so I always take a Vit D supplement. I have tried many and this is a top contender for favorite. I like that it also has Vit K and that it is made with coconut oil. I try to use coconut oil in many ways because of the benefits. I haven’t had any negative reactions to this supplement and I have to say that I feel more energized now that I am taking it.

   I need to supplement with vitamin D at least once or twice a week as I havechronically low levels. I normally take a popular brand from a local store. I actually like these better. The shape and size of these pills, because they are narrower at each end like a football, make them much easier to swallow. I have narrowing of my esophagus so sometimes that can be an issue as pills Can get stuck partway down. But swallowing these is no problem at all. These are a little higher in vitamin D than my other ones and so I noticed an improvement of my energy levels and mood much quicker than the other brand and size. I can definitely recommend these for easy to swallow and quick absorption.

   The supplements themselves appear to be good quality, and actually look identical to a different brand that I have been using for several years. I only take D3 when it has K2 added, and prefer it in small capsules with coconut oil just like these. When stored in the refrigerator, they stay fresh and do not discolor. I’m happy with the capsules themselves but the suggested use printed on the bag would have you taking WAY too much of this product.
   Please search on recommended IU for your age and health status, and consult with a physician before exceeding it. In the past, when I have been deficient (and I have tested low multiple times), my doctor has issued a dose of 10,000 IU two times a week for 3 weeks. The suggested use on the bag says 2 capsules daily with a meal. That would put you at 140,000 IU per week, a level that is too high for most people and if sustained could cause kidney stones or other ill effects due to issues with calcium. This is just my opinion, but I think the suggested use is wrong.

   I generally have lower D3 levels so I am usually looking for ways to get my levels up. Pills I have taken in the past were difficult for my body to absorb and didn’t seem to help.
   These soft gels are easy to swallow and have had no negative side effects. They are very well priced and have a lot of doses. The bag recommends storing in fridge which is different but not a big deal. I will definitely buy again.

   This is a big bag of pills. You get 120 softgels which are easy to swallow. They are a cream colored pill. Also, these pills are about double the strength of most D3 and K2 supplements that I normally find.

   The ingredients aside from D and K is coconut oil, gelatin, glycerin, purified water. Since it contains coconut, it also says it contains tree nuts. I think that is an allergy warning.

   The bag says Manufactured for vision LTD and there is an address in Denver, CO.

   The instructions say to take 2 softgel daily with meals. I most definitely will NOT take 2 in a day since these are already stronger than my normal daily D and K supplement. So this is a 4 month supply for me.

   Expiration date isn’t until May of 2026, so I have plenty of time.

   The bag versus the bottle is sort of strange, but it opens and closes easily so it is fine.

   I really like these vitamin D supplements. They come with the perfect combination of other vitamins to help absorb these nutrients better. D and K are essential to have together. They have helped me to take the right amount of these necessary vitamins, and help me increase my vitamin D which was very very low. I would absolutely recommend these to anybody. They do not have a bad taste, or smell. So it’s easy to take them. I like the size, they are small enough to go down easily without activating my gag reflex. They have no taste which is perfect. They seem like they are very good quality.

   II like the ingredients in these Vitamin D3 K2 Supplement Softgels, I’ve been using similar products for years. I get my D levels tested regularly, so I know that 10000 IU is too much for me. I take these softgels a few times a week and continue using a separate source of K2 daily. These softgels came well packaged, not leaking or stuck together, they have no discernable taste when I swallow them. I keep them in the refrigerator as recommended on the package. These are the particular forms of vitmin K# and D2 that I prefer. The additional ingredients are not objectionable, they are made with coconut oil. Overall a good addition to my supplement regimen.
