It is clear gel. Has no smell. Only used it for a couple days, no negative from that so far. Is it working? Hard to tell. Preço Is really high for what you get.
Love the fact that the instructions super easy. After the outbreak apply to affected area alone underneath the cold sore and also treat it three to four times a day it’ll help reduce the redness. It also says for other skin to coloration that you can apply it morning and night and it will help with hydration and exfoliation
So many uses for this product came at the right time cuz I just got a cold story and I used it last night and the pain on the cold sore area is not as sore so so far the effectiveness is really good. The size is about the length of a pointer finger
The cold sore treatment worked decently, but not as quickly as I hoped. The clear, odorless gel is easy to apply and doesn’t sting, which I appreciated. While it did reduce redness and helped with healing, the results weren’t as fast or dramatic as advertised, but It’s an okay product overall.
This product arrived quickly. You use it to provide a way of having a lesser cosmetic affect due to a cold sore. You use it under your regular cold sore product to work against redness caused by the cold sore. I started using it at the first sign of a cold sore and it really well to heal the cold sore and get rid of the redness. The tube is small but you only apply a drop at a time. So it is worth the price.

I bought NextLeap at the recommendation of a friend. I was not sure what to expect as I really haven’t found anything that works consistently. I was quite amazed at the results!!! I started using it when I felt one coming on and it absolutely kept it from forming. After one or two applications the fever blister never developed. It is easy to use and just the right size to keep in my purse or pocket. It’s easy to apply and it’s colorless so you can’t see it on your lip and more importantly… neither can anyone else! This product has been a blessing to find! After my experience I would definitely and highly recommend this to anyone who suffers from these like me.
I absolutely LOVE this product! One thing that I disagree with in a lot of the comments is the tube size. What I hate most about a lot of products in tubes is that that they’re so small, as soon as you open them the product is pouring out already. These tubes have the same amount of product in them, but the tubes are bigger so the product doesn’t spill out so easily. It works great, too! Highly recommend.
Honestly, I’m not happy with the purchase. It’s too little. When you open it, it’s almost like air is all inside. It feels very empty. I used a little, as they say, and I felt no effect. I had to use more, and the grain I had wasn’t almost anything. I had to buy another product.
