   I have been putting this in my water bottle to drink during longer workouts and hikes, and it has been helping me keep my energy up and recover better. The HMB and EAAs help to reduce excess muscle breakdown, which can occur during longer workouts or if it has been a while since you last ate, and it has electrolytes that help with hydration. I’m not doing any fasted cardio at the moment but I think this product would also be perfect for that. I really like that the flavor, sweetener, and color are all natural, and the product mixes easily and tastes great–it is a watermelon flavor with no bitterness from the stevia.

   In a world full of competing products similar to this one, the addition of HMB is quality. I like the fact that it seems to be an electrolyte plus BCAA product with vitamin D and HMB thrown in. Would purchase again.

   I am always on the lookout for ways to maintain my muscle strength as I grow older. I am very pleased that Muscleguard has an amino acid blend, but also electrolytes and vitamin D. I already take HMB for its effects on preventing age related muscle loss, so I am thrilled that it is in this powder. The taste is very good and mixes well with water.

   It’s an excellent blend of everything your muscles need for growth with a more affordable price compared to most workout boosters at the vitamin store. It’s easy to use, easy to down quickly and my boyfriend says it seems to work well and surprisingly fast. Vitamonk is a reputable and customer-friendly company that seems dedicated to bringing quality products that don’t break the bank so I feel good supporting them.

   I really liked this supplement as a pre workout stack add on. It has been easy on my stomach and has offered great fitness goals. It tastes good and goes down easy! I like the nutrients that they include in this, especially Vitamin D. This is a quality supplement great for any workout routine.

   The ingredients are great and the cost of the product is fair for the blend you get. The powder smells great, but this is a true dietary supplement with clean ingredients and no flavoring. I add my own flavor to it, so this isn’t an issue for me personally. Great product, will be buying more from this company as long as prices stay competitive.

   It tastes great and does not contain any artificial ingredients! it mixes well and is a great workout supplement. It helps to build muscle.

   I purchased this not realizing it was flavored and intending to mix it into smoothies and that did not work out well as the flavor is very strong, sweet, and fruity on its own. I am however still pleased as it’s a fantastic price point for aminos and hmb. Raw aminos do NOT taste good, which is why most brands use fruit flavors, and this product does a great job of masking those flavors without using artificial ingredients. I did feel a slight increase in energy on days I used this and didn’t have any stomach problems. Will continue to use and even subscribed!
