   If you can’t drink coffee or hate the taste, this is for you (and me). No unwanted calories from sugar, just pure caffeine in a safe dosage level. Been using Vivarin for decades.

   I recommend taking it with food only because an empty stomach with only caffeine can lead to jitters. At least, it has with me. I’ve seen people drink coffee on an empty stomach and they’ve had similar results. It doesn’t have to be much food, just enough of something so that your body goes, “Oh, there’s food in the stomach, better digest it.”

   You can get these for a tiny bit cheaper elsewhere, but the ease of ordering is worth it. Plus you get 2 boxes per order. I don’t drink coffee, so one of these does the trick in the AM.

   I’ve been using Vivarin for over 50 years…not on a daily basis, but if I’m driving on long trips and get drowsy it has
   probably saved my life. I’m thinking about doing a YouTube review about this product…but I’m 84 years old now…and tend to procrastinate…so don’t count on the YouTube review too soon.
   If you want to know how I use Vivarin…here’s the way I took it in the past, and the it works best for me now.
   When I was younger I always took the tablet (only 1) with a diet Pepsi…then I learned of the bad effects of cola drinks on my body so I switched to taking one tablet with a “plop-plop-fizz-fizz” Alka-seltzer…it works even better. It seem that the Vivarin works better, or at least quicker when taken with a drink that is carbonized.
   It also works well with just a water or juice drink …but for me …not as quickly.
   I use it a little more often now that I’m older…I’m going thru complete knee replacement surgery recovery and it seems to help with the physical therapy soreness that I get when I do my 2 mile a day walk.
   Anyway…I highly recommend this product…and like it says in that old “plop-plop-fizz-fizz” Alka-seltzer TV commercial:
   “Try it…You’ll like it”

   Good product for my daily use. It does not make me jittery because I take one in the morning when I do not want any liquid in my stomach prior my commute to work. I do supplement this with regular coffee later during the day. And only during the morning.

   Check with your doctor first but it works well for my ADHD. It’s certainly more convenient than getting a prescription.

   This is a great purchase of Vivarin which I use daily! This cost per pill is so much better than I can find anywhere else locally!

   Cannot drink coffee all the time. This helps keep me alert. Produto has always been received in very good packaging and none are crushed.
